are Scheduled to Close on Thursday, Dec. 11th at 5:00p CT.

Applications will Close on Friday, Dec. 6th at 5:00p CT.
However, due to an expected increase in community need and our
limited resources in the form of both donations and volunteers,
WE MAY HAVE TO CLOSE THE APPLICATION PROCESS EARLY
once the applications have reached the maximum number of
families we are able to support. If you wish to be considered
for this year's Brown Santa Program, Please Apply Early!

Looking For Christmas Elves
The Hays County Brown Santa program consists of volunteers from the Hays County Sheriff’s Office,
the Hays County Citizen's Sheriff's Academy Alumni Association and others from across the
Hays County Community.
To help provide a better Holiday Season for hundreds of families and
childrens across Hays County, the program seeks donations of toys and canned goods, as well as
financial contributions, from the Citizens, Local Businesses and other Non-Profit Groups in the
Hays County Community.
Last year over 650 families across Hays county were supported with food and/or toys.
It would not have been possible without the support of the Hays County Community!

The Kyle and San Marcos Police Departments have Blue Santa programs for their residents so any families residing within those City Limits must apply with them. Families residing outside of the Kyle and San Marcos City Limits can apply starting Tuesday, October 15th, 2024 using the online application on this website or by picking up, completing and returning an application form from one of the locations listed below:
NOTE: Appications can be picked up and dropped off at Locations with "Y" in the Application column.
Donations of Toys can be dropped off at any of the Locations.
